Is my GPU failing?

I am having an issue which I can't seem to understand. Before I start here are my system SPECS.

AMD fx 6300
Gigabyte mobo
2x8gb DDR3 RAM
Asus Strix R9280
CoolerMaster 650w bronze 80+

My issue is that when I try to boot up my PC in the morning (the 1st boot of the day) The GPU fans goes to max RPM and do not stop and there is not display. Basically I just hear fans spining but my LED is completly blank

After I remove and replug both HDMI cable from the GPU and the Power cable of the PSU. It works fine, starts fine, boots fine.
I played multiple games; DOTA2 , OW, Witcher 3, no crashes, nothing. played for upto 8 hours straight.

I am not sure whats going. This started a few days back.

Please help

It can be anything .
Most probably the MB or PSU. But the GPU is also an option as well as RAM.

I feel like its the PSU but the problem occurs only once a day(on the 1st startup of the computer).

If you have a spare PSU to try, do it.
Some times cleaning the PC, reseting the bios to defaults helps to solve this kind of problems.

This problem occurred recently after I cleaned my PC. I do have a spare PSU and a GPU to check with but the problem is so random I dont think it will help. I mean today the PC booted up in one go. But last night (after a hard reset) it showed same problem.Sigh...

I had somewhat similar problem not long ago.
The computer would randomly decide to do the output to onboard video instead of the GPU.
I did change the PSU and GPU and there was no change.
It just disappeared for now.

The problem is gone. Magically xD . Well not magically, i just had to reset the BIOS, now its fine :|

Told ya
recently, bioses became too "smart". So even it seems like everything is fine, something is not Reseting it and defining the same solves some problems.
