When I turn on my pc I get a black screen (monitor turns on says no signal and turns off) and I have to use the power button to turn it off and on it multiple times before it works. If I take the hdmi cable out of the graphics card and plug it into the mobo it works everytime. The thing is when it is plugged into the mobo I get exactly the same graphic setting in games as when it's in the gpu also the gpu generates alot of heat at the back of the pc.. I know the gpu will be the hottest thing in there I just don't know if this heat coming from the back is normal. I'm guessing my gpu might be failing? Anyone got any opinions?

Go into the bios by tapping delete after you restart, press f7, Advanced tab, System Agent Configuration, go to graphics configuration. Tell me what your settings are there.
Sorry for the late reply. I took a pic but can't see how to post it. This is with HD cable in mobo as I just get a black screen in gpu which needs multiple restarts to work Settings are

Primary display. IGFX
IGPU multi-monitor. Dissabled
RC6(render standby). Enabled
DVMT pre-allocated. 64M
