Question Is my gpu failing

It happens mostly when ım playing a game.Usually happens 3-4 times in 9 hours sometimes it comes back on and goes black again like blinking.I dont have any fps issues or any other gpu related issue.Im wondering if my gpu is failing or if its because of the hdmı cable or monitor.My PC Case stands on a shakey desk and ı sometimes hit the desk with my chair when ım getting up etc.Could this be the reason its happening?Maybe my GPU got displaced or something?

I also did stress tests for both Gpu and my Cpu ı didnt run into any problems
