So i recently bought Asus GTX 1060 6GB TURBO... Its with blower fan, so the minimum rpm i can set from their program is 1000 rpm, it doesnt go below that, and the maximum one i can set is 4200RPM which sounds really high, so im just wondering if those speeds are completely normal for blower fan gpus or no. However when its set on automatic speed it barely goes more than 1800rpm even on higher temperatures, im just wondering if those speeds are normal for blower fans, and is it safe to run at such?

yes those are normal rpm's. your card will ramp up and down to keep it's self cooled down. the rpm's are not what you need to be worried about it's temps while gaming. as long as you are staying under 80c you should be fine, just keep in mind that the cooler your card is the better it will be able to run. it can go higher but I wouldn't recommend it. sounds like everything so far is fine for you and what you are describing is completely normal. I have a 1080 and it's usually between 900 and 1200 while idle.
