[SOLVED] Is my gpu faulty or psu?

So i'm running an overclock on my rx580 8gb sapphire pulse. The gpu is connected to 1 8pin cable only. My psu is the corsair cx550m. For all games, it's all stable. Never crashed once. However, today during metro exodus, my pc just froze and i had to reduce my overclock. The thing is it crashes only at a particular scene where the power consumption exceeds 150w for the gpu. The rest of game, the power consumption is below 150w so i didnt encounter any crashes. The gpu temps are hovering around 65 to 70C.
