Is my GPU faulty?

I bought a Palit GTX680 4GB a while back, its been seriously inconsistent, sometimes it runs games fine others I barely get 16fps on WoW and Gw2. It's really bugging me and i'd like to know if it's a fault card and if there's something I could do abut it, to perhaps solve the problem. (All the latest drivers are installed)

well I opened it up, now i'm not getting a signal at all...seriously concerned.

hmm i think you got a faulty gpu -bad luck,replace that gpu.

you should get from evga,asus and gigabyte as they are better gpu brand
