Well, i have some kind of a problem with my new system.

Here are my system parts:

CPU: AMD FX-8320
MB : ASROCK FATAL1TY 970 PERFORMANCE RETAIL
PSU: THERMALTAKE SPS-630MPCBEU SMART SE SERIES 630W
RAM: KINGSTON HX316C9SRK2/16 16GB
VGA: GIGABYTE GEFORCE GTX750 TI

The problem is that sometimes when i turn on my PC the screen remains black, but the fans and HDD's are spinning. In other words there is no signal, and the system seems to be freezed. In order to make system boot i have to power it off using the power button, and disconnect the AC cable. After waiting some seconds, i reconnect the cable and then try again. Sometimes it works, but some times i have to repeat this process 2 or 3 times. Some other times the system boot's normally but the screen turns black and the system freeze. This happens on random times. In order to make sytem work again i have to repeat the above process. My operating system is Windows 10, and all drivers are updated.

Whats the matter? Is there a GPU problem?

Solution
Sounds more of a power supply issue than a video card issue. Maybe RAM also, try one stick at a time, also check for a BIOS update to the motherboard.
