Hello sorry for any grammar mistakes i suck at English.
Today i was playing apex legends when i saw some textures bugging but not in a bug way they became really weird colored by 3 line of blue red and green. I instantly closed the game and rebooted my pc because i know that this could be my gpu artifacting even tho i played apex in the morning for about 2hours and i didnt get that problem but iv noticed a weird fan noise from my pc but im not sure if its the gpu because iv been so used to playing music while powering pc on that im not sure if its standart.Anyways i played a bit of r6s after reboot no problem. My question is i will soon switch gpus but if i dont pressure the gpu too hard will it continue to degrade or would it not be a problem. ? And could this be a driver issue as i have my nvidia bugged with error 000x03 and im too lazy to fix is so i havent download new drivers for about half an year so could it be a driver issue or even a game issue

First, I would install the latest driver (to get that out of the way).
Second, I think that if it really is the card failing, that "taking it easy on it" may buy you some time.
Oh and i meen its an old gpu gtx960 and it does get fed up when i play apex but i never go to crazy on my settings im an fps player i always rather performance than visuals
