Is my GPU hot

I have the XFX r9 280x just wondering weather it is running hot, and if anyone can give me a good fan curve for msi afterburner

I get 81 Degrees while playing BF4 Ultra at 70 FPS? is that Hot

If not what is a hot temp and what should i be worried about?

ultra settings at 70 fps if not overclocked is a little high but not by much. average loaded temp is 75 so you are within the safe range but be sure you have proper air flow and cooling in your case.

yes 81 c is hot for a card but not dangerous....70 - 75 is okk for a card but that depends on the ambient room temperature and the proper case airflow...hot room and bad airflow in case can overheat the card..
