Question Is my GPU just simply failing or other possible problems ?

Basically i had an RX580. Had to return it due to coil whine being so loud. Awaiting the amazon refund. In the meanwhile iv got an old 750ti in my pc. I got it in the beginning of 2016/End of 2015. I play alot of counter strike and in the past day or two iv noticed i would get a random fps drop once every game. Never experienced it more than once so im struggling to replicate it. Im unsure if its my card failing or possibly something else failing in my PC as aside from the GPU everything else is brand new and has been working fine since the end of january. Im still unsure what exactly to do as im still new to learning about computers and such. The GPU is a twin frozr 750 ti. In all the time iv had it its never gotten remotely hot (max 50) and the fans have never surpassed 950 rpm. minimum has always been 800 and im not too sure why.

Did you uninstall your AMD GPU drivers prior to removing the GTX750Ti and reinstall the Nvidia drivers after dropping in the GTX750Ti? Are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard? How old is the PSU?
