Is my GPU malfunctioning?

About a year ago, I posted a thread about a problem with some games. I had odd lines on certain surfaces of the games. Here is the album of the issue: http://imgur.com/a/1rW7R

I've since then forgot about it, since I didn't see it in other games.

I'm trying out S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Complete Mod almost a year later, and I notice this issue again. Only difference is that in Shadow of Chernobyl, the lines actually move when I move forward and backward. And the lines are on everything! In the other games, I noticed it here and there. Here is a picture of the effect: http://i.imgur.com/zg5uzrr.jpg

I've tried vanilla SoC, and I don't get an issue there. It's only when I have the complete mod installed.

Now I'm worried if something is wrong with my GPU (EVGA GTX 660).

Can you please list all of your specs?

GPU artifacts, which are what you're experiencing, tend to occur when the graphics card is damaged (doesn't seem likely) or the card isn't getting enough voltage to sustain its frequency.

Are you OCing your card? Is it factory OC'd?

Maybe try dialing back your core and memory clocks by 100 MHz and see if the issues persist.

Here you go: http://i.imgur.com/iS8E298.png

I think the card is factory clocked (it was the super clocked edition). With Spec Ops: The Line, I think it had to do with Unreal 3 engine's lighting and whatnot. I found similar examples in other threads. I don't know about the Metro games or STALKER's Complete Mod.
