I just bought a 1070 gtx twin frozr GPU and its temp was normal until like 2days ago it started going up to 59-61 C idle even when i just start my pc. On load it goes up to 60-65 C for now (even after a few hours of gaming) Im not sure i if did something with my settings or if the gpu doesnt work correctly.. Also im living in a pretty cold country even tho right now the temp outside is pretty normal around 15-25 i'd say

IT IS VERY NORMAL! Don't worry! :D try getting a better air flow inside your case, you can improve the temps, try using the front/up/down for fans putting air inside your case and the back putting away all the hot air, you don't want to create a bad airflow and get hot air to stuck inside your case, let it breathe! That is an advise but, regarding the temps they are pretty normal to me, I get even 75°C playing, I start to worry when I hit 80°C+!!

PD: Remember balancing intake and outake fans, it is very important to exhaust all the hot air!!

You can try something like this:

Don't worry.

All components produce heat. Heat is compulsary.

Msi and overclockers.com states themselves that gpu temps can sometimes reach 90degrees when heavily loaded with graphic-intensive appliciations.

In my opinion, there is no need to rma it but if you're too worried, go ahead it won't hurt so you can even rest your head.
