[SOLVED] Is my GPU (RTX 2070 Super) dying? Weird distortions.

Hey,

So started my PC as usual and noticed something weird distortions on my windows log in window.

After checking display cable connections and restarting it was gone but I'm still concerned that something is not right so my question is this caused by GPU, bad cable connection or display or something else? I haven't had any problems with this card before but I still have RMA option.
I have OCd GPU with MSI Afterburner by setting Power limit max 116, Temp limit max 88, Core clock +80 and Memory Clock +700.

this seems like some dead pixels fragment, try to use other monitor or cable
maybe its a bad contact somewhere in the display connector
