Go to Run>dxdiag and tell me what directx version you see then, if it's not 12. Then there's a problem. But we'll get on to that only if there is.
Yeah, it says 11.2. I tried re installing the windows iso from Microsoft but it still wont work. I updated the drivers, chipset, etc. No luck. Should I clean install?
this is how i understand it. most gpu should work with dx12, as they are backward compatible. but, most likely, only newer card will take advantage of the new features of dx12.
but this does not mean that your gpu will not work, it will, most likely. but it may not be able to use the new features

look like it does not support directx 12. need to be A10-7xxx and up.
