Question Is my GPU too cold?

I am currently using an EVGA GTX 970 SC and it is working great except for the temperature its at.
When idle it has a temp of about 27 degrees and when under load and playing games like fortnite where the gpu usage is at 100% it never goes above 36 degrees according to MSI Afterburner. The card is working fine but i was wondering if that was strange as people say there cards are about 50 degrees when under load or even more. Thanks in advance.

p.s I dont have my fans on full speed i keep them on auto.

Centigrade temperature scale - correct?

"What people say....." probably should be ignored.

Check the temperature specs for the GPU. If your GPU is within specs then okay.

If not within spec, then consider that there may be some error or problem with the 36 degrees (Centigrade ?) value being presented.

If you have a cold ambient (room) temp then it could be why your GPU temp is lower then others but as long as it's reading the temp correctly then there's no harm having a low GPU temp.

Are you sure the GPU usage you're looking at is indeed for your GTX 970? You didn't accidentally plug your monitor into your motherboard rather than the graphics card?
