Is my gpu too hot?

Is 70c a good temperature for an idle gpu? My gpu max temperature in gaming is 101 c.Is that too hot?

It absolutely is. It shouldn't exceed 80c during games. List your PC specs and check your card's cooler(if it is a desktop).

You have a real problem right now, do you not have any case fans? Intake and exhaust? This might not even be the problem. Your PC needs some attention asap
