My system: Sapphrie R9 390 GPU, i7-4790K CPU (beQuiet dark rock 3 cooler), 16 GB Corsair Vengeance Pro 2400 Memory (all at stock speed), EVGA 750W G2 PSU, and BenQ xl2730z monitor that supports 144hz.
The games I usually play aren't graphics heavy games. I play League of Legends, CSGO, and Rocket Leagues. Since I have 144hz monitor, I cap my game FPS to 144hz and my GPU was able to deliver 144hz no matter what. I owned this GPU for about 2 years (never OC'd) and for the past 3 - 4 months, I've noticed the FPS on these games fluctuate and drop. Now it ranges between 100 - 144 FPS.
I've took picture of my GPU-Z sensor monitor and I've noticed some unstable core and memory clock. Is this normal? Please note all stats are "current reading" and this is sensor when I am not playing any games, just internet browsing.

Anyone know what might be causing the issue?
