I have amd a6-6400k with radeon hd graphic(3.90ghz), and my motherboard is asus asus a68hm-k. can i put asus geforce gtx 1050 ti graphic card ? Please advice since i am new to the thing. Also if anything better is advisable
the 9600 is an AM4 and we need an FM2 chip and unless you want or need to replace the motherboard and the RAM the 9600 is a hard no.
the a8 7600 however will play and work nicely with the 1050ti with little to no bottle-necking.
the motherboard has a PCIe x16 slot so the motherboard will work with any PCIe GPU.
the 1050ti will have no issues here. get a GPU with dual fans as a single fan failure will not destroy the card.
the CPU and the GPU may have issues though
your mainboard has an PCI-E x16 slot so basically if your PSU has the power to supply a 1050Tİ you can connect it. However your APU is a very vey slow one and probably it will bottleneck the 1050TI. Which means it will not be able to fully utilize the video card and you will not get what you expect from a 1050TI

So theoratically it works ? Can you suggest me a proccessor which can help me sort this bottleneck problem?

a 1030 would balance more with the CPU
Can you suggest me a proccessor which can solve this issue of bottleneck since my proccessor is primitive than the graphic card itself
I just glanced at the supported processors on the asus website.
https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/A68HMK/HelpDesk_CPU/
look at the a10 or a8. high clock speed.
the a8 5600k, the a8 6600k are also good choices. depends on what is available.
