[SOLVED] is my graphic card dead ?

hey, so i was playing some league of legends when suddenly this black things appeared on the screen ,i had an outdated graphic driver ( 449.something nvidia driver ) so i thought maybe it was the problem i installed the latest version but the problem is still there , so i decided to do a clean install of windows , in the setup wizzard of windows this things didn't appear even after the installation with microsft basic driver but when i i installed nvidia drivers they came back as u can see in the screenshots ( this things don'( appear in the booting screen or bios and also i tested the monitor on another device and its working fine ) , i have a nvidia gt 730 4gb ddr3 version
some notes ; i had riot anti cheat vanguard
  • i left the pc open last night downloading big file
  • using vga cable

i7 3770
nvidia gt 730 4gb ddr3
16 gb ddr3 ram
windows 8.1 pro 64bits

Solution
That's just the Microsoft basic driver - you can't make full use of the entire gpu with that.
I'd suggest running DDU again, and trying an older version 390 driver.

You overclocked it? How far did you push it?

Well, either way, this gpu is on it's way out. I'm not sure if it has to do with the GT730's level of performance, but the pattern of black lines would normally look like a 'space invader-ish' skull and crossbones - like below:

i overclocked before but the last month no, i only did refresh rate overclock from 60 to 76

the problem appears only when installing nvidia drivers it works fine with microsoft basic driver + in the nvidia pannel it shows 75 and 60 hrz even after the clean install of windows when it should only display 60
