Is my graphichs card good for gaming??

My Pc Specs Are:

Manufacture of my PC: REDFOX INC. ( I THINK)
Mother Board: Phoenix Biostar
Processor: AMD Athlon(TM) II X2 215 @ 2.70GHZ (Dual-Core), Overclocked to 3.1GHZ
Video Card: AMD/ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 series
Installed Memory (RAM): 4.00 GB
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit

If I got anything wrong please forgive me. 🙁

Tell me if my GPU is Overclock-able (just 1% if it),and tell me if its safe.

Can I At least play MINECRAFT on my System, I can play Dragon Nest on medium.

I'm just asking if my computer is good or bad for Minecraft Gaming, Also screen recording.

My core is good for basic gaming also my graphics card, but on high -end games (meaning ultimate games like left4dead)
my graphics card sucks.

It will be OK for minecraft gaming but if you introduce recording, expect framerate drops.
Most likely you will be able to overclock it but make sure you watch the temperatures.
