Is my graphics card 1080p

1080p and by the way my monitor resolutions will be 1920X1080.

The gpu is not dependent on which res. The GTX 770 can even play on 1440p. But it won't be smooth. Resolution will be dependent on monitor

will the gtx 770 be able to play games like bf4 arma 3 crysis 3 dead space 3 world of warcraft in 1080p?

Maybe not on ultra ... but u will be able to tweak it to high settings with some AA Off in most games.

Yes it will play games like bf4 arma, etc. 770 is a very powerful card for a 1080p monitor. You can youtube gameplays of the gtx 770 with those games, with bf4 i'm sure you can set it at ultra.
