Is my graphics card bottlenecking my cpu?

ok, so I have a Saphire Radeon 7850 (1024 stream processors) and a AMD FX-4100 quad core cpu (3.6GHz). I also have 8gbs of DDR3 RAM.

there will be bottleneck in some games due to poor single threated performance of fx 4100, it's not your GPU that bottleneck the CPU
