Is my graphics card broken? GTX 770 MSI TWIN FROZr

So basically I broke my pc a while back by dropping it from a large height I then bought a new case and motherboard and rebuilt my computer the graphics card was working fine for days then I noticed it started playing up it would randomly shut off and my machine would not start up it would boot cycle and then I took it all apart re put it back together and it all worked fine but then the card started playing up again I then updated the drivers and my machine would not boot it would just switch itself off if I took the card out of the slot the machine would boot perfectly is this fixable ?

It looks like your pci-e connector is damaged. You need a new gpu. It's not fixable. You need to get a new gpu. I reommend getting a gtx 1050ti and above. This is the card which is a little bit better than your gtx 770. My brother has a gtx 770 and gtx 1050 ti is better. Costs range is 150-700 usd. Cards I recommend. :

As far as I know from my own experience. Get the cheapest card you can find from the most reliable company. I recommend ASUS , EVGA , MSI and Gigabyte.

It could be the card or the socket that's broken, need to figure out which first, before spending money on a new card.

are you still using the same psu from when you dropped it?

always a possibility it could be the psu or the psu pci-e connector even if its a small possibility

can you try your graphics card in a friends pc? or borrow a friends graphics card to try in your pc?

Nope it's a new motherboard I'm currently using my brothers graphics card and it works fine same PSU

if your brothers card is fine then its likely yours is damaged some how
