Didn't think that a day would come where I would have to ask if my graphics card is dead. :/
I was moving to a different place, hence I shipped my PC carelessly. The CPU fan got dislodged during the shipment and I guess it bounced around all the components, maybe also on the back of the graphics card.
I got a new thermal paste, cleaned the CPU and the stock cooler, put them back. PC was up and running when booted except the video output. It had weird vertical lines. When a screenshot is taken it doesn't contain any of those lines. Thought windows had some driver problem, the same happened when booted into Ubuntu.
What I've tried :
1. Uninstalled graphics driver using DDUD and then tried installing the newest version from AMD site. PC hangs in the middle of the installation.
2. Disassembled the card, applied fresh thermal paste and cleaned the PCB. No luck.
Some more notes -
* When display output is changed to Intel HD graphics, everything works great. No problems.
* Monitoring software like Afterburner, speccy, GPU-z show voltage, CPU clock, and other parameters as zero.
* Fans spin correctly, no problem there. Also, I don't hear any sounds from the motherboard.
* I don't have an oven.

(Will upload picture of the pins on the graphics card later)
Build details :
CPU : Intel Core i5-4440 3.1GHz
Graphics : MSI r9 270x 2GB (probably dead)
Motherboard : Gigabyte GA-H97-D3H (rev. 1.0)
PSU : Corsair VS650
RAM : 8GB (4x2) - Corsair Vengeance DDR4
Can you please provide me with other troubleshooting ideas? What can I do? I don't have another PC to test this graphics card on.
R.I.P 270x or does it have any resurrection chances?
