Is my graphics card dead?

Just wanted to get a some more opinions on this issue. As far as I can tell my graphics card has died, which if it is the case is OK since it's had a tough life with the amount I use my PC. It's an AMD 7950, can't boot into windows and my BIOS looks like this..

You can make it work again for a while by baking, or spend fortune and have it reballed for a bit longer work.

The fact that this happens at the bios level definitely rules out software. It's time for a replacement.

Yep baking it has brought it back to life for now! Thanks for that! Time to start saving for a new card now!
