Is my Graphics Card dead?

I bought an R7 360 today and it doesn't seem to want to work at all. Installing the drivers just says that the hardware can't be found and plugging a HDMI into it just gives me no signal. The fans don't spin at all also. I should mention that I've been on integrated graphics until now so maybe that might be a problem? Is dead?

did you plug in the power in the back/top of the card (the E7 360 needs 1 6-pin PCIe cord)

if so, whats is the PSU that you have?

Yep I did. Corsair VS550 500W
