In my system currently is a EVGA GTX 560 Ti. The other day when I tried starting a game, it crashed with GeForce Experience saying my card stopped responding and recovered. So I try to start the game up again and my computer freezes and I restart. When it boots back up, my resolution is set back at 1280x720 when it should be 1980x1024. I then tried to update drivers for my card and restarted. Now this time, I can't even get to the Windows login. Screen turns black before I am able to. The only way I can boot up to Windows is in Safe Mode. Lastly, while in Safe Mode I uninstalled all video card drivers and now I'm able to boot up normally without my 560. Is it safe to conclude that is is 100% sure that the card gave out?

TLDR- Video card crashed. Tried installing drivers, made it worse, can't boot up. Uninstalled all drivers in Safe Mode. Now can boot but without use of video card.

Solution
Open case re-seat graphics card install an old driver for this card if it does not work then its probably dead but do this first can install drivers in safe mode just get them on a usb stick
