Is my graphics card dying?

Sinec yesterday, when watching videos or gifs I get the videos with black blocks of pixelation all over it, however when I go back to the start and replay it there are no problems.
When I play videogames it runs fine, no perceivable problems.

If you have nvidia card, its driver problem, nvidia released fix drivers yesterday.
