Is my graphics card good enough for MW3???

So I know my computer and ram and processors and stuff are more than capable of running the game MW3, but will my AMD Radeon HD 5450 graphics card be able to handle it??? I can play Mass effect 2 beautifully, but Battlefield 3 was much too slow, due to the graphics card... So, will it suffice?

On low settings it will be fine.

easily on max settings at 30 fps.I get 10 fps in mw3 on my gtx 275 on that game at your resolution.So your card should do around 30-40 easily whch is playable
