So I got this new gaming laptop and I've been having some issues with fps in games, i noticed that my screen gets slow and the audio gets ruined (static-y) and i think its related with my gpu because i analyzed my task manager while this happened and it happens whenever my GPU usage goes high, whether I'm playing a game or not, some app (Google chrome, windows desktop manger, client server runtime process, league of legends) starts using like 50%-70% of my GPU.
I even reset my PC, i know that malware isn't affecting this and i even analyzed the temperatures throughout, this event occurs even when my PC is only at 65 degrees too.
My laptop is under warranty, should i get the graphics card or could it be a driver issue or something else? And how do i know for sure? Is there any way to test it?
My specs:
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz, 2808 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 16.0 GB
1 TB HDD
Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 with Max-Q design
