Is my graphics card the problem?

(AlienWare X51) I've been having a problem with my PC for around a month now. It takes around 5+ tries/restarts for my pc to turn on the monitors and actually start up (it's not the monitors being the problem, they are brand new and cables are secure), it's definitely the PC being the problem. I've had my PC for around 2 years now so I understand things start to age and problems such as this occur. If I'm lucky enough for my PC to actually turn on, eventually it will freeze or restart by itself. I don't know what is causing this problem and would appreciate any help given, thanks in advance.

Could be power supply, maybe motherboard, RAM, possibly the video card. Need to test the components and see where the issue may be.
