Is my graphics cards compatible

So I have been trying to figure out if my computer is compatible with this graphics card:

PCI-E 3.0, DVI/HDMI/DP [näytönohjain=graphics card] and these are my specs:

So are these two compatible and if so should i buy that or upgrade something else on the computer? I use this pc for gaming.

I can't think of any reason why the GTX 1050 Ti would not be compatible. Especially since it is already running a GTX 750 Ti. Be sure you have a good quality 300W PSU or better.
