Is my GTX 960 working well?

I bought a Windforce GTX 960 and the WINDFORCE LED on the side of the GPU never turns on, so to assure that my GPU if it isn't working well I used 3DMark11. I got a score of 6715 on the normal version of Fire Strike 1.1. Is the score lower than it should be or is it ok? My specs are:
Intel Core i7-3770 Processor
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960
8 GB RAM
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. H61M-A/USB3
