Question Is my H150i pump dead?

Just installed an H150i on a Z690 platform. Pump showing 0 RPM, fans at 100% and just flashing red and ICUE is saying pump failure. Usually thats a straight RMA but heres where I'm confused: Idle temps are 20C and load is 45C so surely the pump is running? Tried re-seating everything, different SATA power cable, different USB headers, switched to CPU_OPT and Pump headers but no change. Is this thing bricked or is there a setting I've overlooked?

The Elite Capellix has a single wire that goes to the CPU_FAN header whch is what provides the BIOS with a tachometer reading, the other wire goes to the RGB unit on the back which plugs into SATA power and a USB header. But yes, I've tried all combinations I can think of.
