My PC Was Hanging Too Much So I Thought Of Checking Me Disk I Found This Data.

Sounds like it's time for an upgrade. It has lived a long life, you might want to salvage the data before all is lost if you haven't already. My friend was getting errors similar to yours and he used that drive specifically for Steam games. Every time he'd try to download/update a game it'd say "Download Failed. Corrupt Disk", so it was obvious he was due for an upgrade.
