This is a used hard drive .But this is the second used hard drive I tried ,the first one I was getting this error 0x80070057 and it was stuck on the installation at 0% Expanding Windows files .

That is strange. The drive is recognized by BIOS right?

See if using different cables and ports would change something.

You can try to attach the drive to another computer, repartition and reformat it, plug it once again to your computer and try to install OS.

Hi there artoev95,

You can try to reformat and repartition the drive before the installation process. Make sure you have no important data stored on it.

Once you are in Windows setup:
- shift+F10 to bring up the command line.
- diskpart [enter]
- list disk [enter]
- select drive [number] [enter]
- clean all [enter]
- create partition primary [enter]
- select partition 1 [enter]
- active [enter]
- format fs=ntfs [enter]
- assign [enter]
- exit [enter]
- exit [enter]

In case the issue persists, try changing cables and ports.

Hope this will help,
