Question Is my hard drive meant to make this noise?

I have searched for other videos and solutions for this noise but I'm not sure which one it would line up with, so I decided to ask here.

That is not normal HDD noise but I believe that it is not coming form the HDD itself.
It sounds like the HDD is vibrating against the case framework to me.

Which case do you have? Perhaps there is a way to help isolate the drive. One one of my old cases I had to put electrical tape down both sides where the screw holes are to 'cushion' the drive against the case. it made for a tighter fit but once it was screwed in it was silent (for an hdd).
