Is my Hard Drive to slow?

Solution
Ok, it's a slow drive. If you want better performance, it will depend on your budget and your power requirements.
Not long ago, I put a 500GB Samsung 850 EVO into my Lenovo X140e and it made a huge difference.
If your budget is smaller, you can use a smaller SSD (if it will be big enough for you), or you can get something like a 2.5" WD Black laptop drive. They are 7200RPM and among the fastest mechanical laptop drives available.

Laptop hard drives are most often optimized for power-saving, not speed. What is the RPM of your drive? Many laptop drives are only 5400RPM. If that is the case, getting a 7200RPM drive will help, but will likely apply a hit to battery life.
For the fastest speeds and an actual boost to battery life, consider getting a SSD for your laptop. Note that the power consumption of SSDs varies just like mechanical drives. Samsung drives are real power-misers, despite being fast. Cheaper drives, e.g. Adata, may be close in speed, but use 3x the power (still less than a mechanical drive).

Hi, I have a 5400rpm hard drive
Seq Read 55.71 MB/s and Write 53.44MB/s
512K Read 15.51MB/s and Write 12.85MB/s
4K Read 0.203MB/s and Write 0.501MB/s
4K QD32 Read 0.448MB/s and Write 0.476MB/s

Thanks
