Is my HD7770 dead?

Today, when booted up my computer, my monitor did not detect a the display. I tried it with another monitor and it did not work either. I also noticed that it isn't performing the MSI 30 seconds in reverse thing. I do not have another computer to test it in. Is my GPU dead?

Before writing the obituary, open the case, remove the card, and reinsert it and see if it works then. If no go, then remove the card, and connect the monitor to the onboard graphics to verify the monitor is working.

Reseating the GPU doesn't fix the problem and I don't have any integrated graphics.

Try connecting the monitor to another computer. You can use a notebook to do this.

I have tested two monitors with different cables and they run perfectly when connected to another computer, but not when connected to the card.

Then it looks like the GPU has bit the dust.
