I bought a HDD from my friend. Its almost new with new windows 10 just installed. We checked And it works fine in his pc, but when i put HDD in my pc it just starts clicking And wont boot. Bios recognizes the hdd, And while entering the bios itd gives some type of an erorr like s.m.a.r.t cable but comand failed.

Solution
You really shouldn't expect a Windows install from one computer to successfully boot on another--it may, only if you are lucky. The clicking though sounds like a power issue.

Note that the SATA power connector spec has 3.3v on it (orange) but many PSU cables don't use it, or if adapted from Molex can't have it at all. Combine that with some external drive manufacturers reusing these pins to command a spindown and you can get something like this but only on a PSU with those 3.3v lines (in which case you would just use a Molex adapter to make it work). Was the drive shucked from an external enclosure?

No it wasnt shucked. But ok that helps And explanes a lot. Can i somehow erase everything from this hdd And install a new one?
