If you think your hard drive is bad, run crystaldiskinfo and it will give you a better idea. Usually if you think its bad, it is.

Reallocated sectors are those bad sectors which have been replaced with spares. There is no need to repair them, nor any way for you to do so.

The other attributes are normal.
