At intermittent intervals my HDD is painfully slow with the Windows Task Manager saying 100% Total utilization at only .4 MB/s, at other times it seems to run normally.
It passed the S.M.A.R.T. test but failed the Short Drive Test.
I am wondering if this is sign of an upcoming failure.
