Question Is my HDD in imminent danger?

I'm really dumb and I don't know a lot about computers. I randomly decided to download CrystalDiskInfo and it shows a Caution health status because of the reallocated sectors count. Am I in danger of losing my laptop's HDD? Anything I can do to fix this?
