Admirable
I have WD Caviar Blue 500GB HDD as my boot and storage. It is 4 years old.I made 2 weeks fresh install of windows 7 64 bit,but my boot time is still slow.I have M5A97 EVO R2.0 motherboard.Does that mobo have some specific sata port for hdd or all of them are the same(6 gb/s).I did test my boot drive with CrystalDiskMark and this is what i got.

I have only few start up programs like for audio, anti virus, wifi and amd catalyst.
So is my hdd rly bad or do i need to do something in bios on this mobo.
I really appreciate any help you can provide.

So, your disk is running at SATA 2 speeds, you may get a small bump if you connect it to an SATA 3 port, but it probably won't change your boot time by time by more than a second or two. Your time is not fast, but it's definitely in the ball park of what you can expect.
If you want a fast boot, you need an SSD. I recommend the Samsung 840 evo/pro or Crucial mx100, but pretty much any SSD will be dramatically faster.

Here are a few things to bump (a little) your performance:

Your benchmarks are about as good as you can expect from this drive or really any mechanical drive. Booting will never be especially fast. How fast do you want and how long does it take now? You can make the boot time faster by disabling unused things in your bios and/or selecting a "fast boot" setting.

Check that your SATA mode is set to AHCI in your bios -not IDE/Compatibility or RAID
Defragment/optimize your disk
In your bios disable any boot roms/ network boot.
