Is my HDD slow ?

I have been using WD Caviar Blue WD10EZEX 7200 RPM 1 TB HDD.
Seems like my HDD is slower than other WD10EZEX ones.
Is my HDD slow or the speed of the HDD is like silicon lottery or something ?

I did these:
Defragmenting the disk.
Run Windows disk cleaner
Disabled Windows Search
Disabled local disc indexing
Disabled some Nvidia services and some Windows services.
Uninstalled some programs which I don't use too much.
Moved a folder from desktop to my documents which has +2500 word files...

Here is the result. It is much faster now.
What else can I do ?
