Is My (Hopefully) Future PC Build Compatible ? Part 2

It all looks compatible.

Things I would change:

1.) Get faster RAM - 2666, 2800, 3000, or 3200
2.) Get a better PSU. That one is basic quality (3yr warranty). The Corsair CX450 (2017) would be a better choice (5yr warranty).

Heat isn't really going to be an issue, so you could just get the 1 fan for the front if you had to save money. But 2 fans in front would be nice.

I'm sorta tight on a budget, but here's what I changed https://pcpartpicker.com/list/4bq7MZ

I do remember now that the case has a basement to hide the cables in, so you're right about going with the non modular one, because it is the same thing, just with some cables you may not need, as for the ram, i think 2400 should be enough for right now, and with the changes you suggested, it made it cheaper than the original price I had set, thank you kind sir :)
