Solution
the i5-6400 might have issues with minimum FPS in many of the games such as BF1 and BF5, which seem to thrive on up to 8 cores.

The GTX1070 is a capable card, IMO...(I'd be looking for an R5-3600/B450 combo if I had one...!)

Simple test you can do to find out for yourself.

If you decrease your graphics settings and see no or only minor improvement in FPS output (V-Sync, G-Sync, and Freesync disabled) then it means your CPU is holding you back and an improvement will be a net benefit to your gaming.

The other simple thing to ask yourself is this: Does the system perform well enough in everything you want it to do? If so, don't worry about it and wait until a game title comes out that you really want to enjoy at peak performance.
