so I am running a AIO and while stress testing prime 95 im getting about 75c max. on aida 64 I get about 55c max. no spikes either which is good! is there room for Ocing? and is this a decent temp for this cpu.

Yes you are in prime position to OC if you choose to. Temps are a ok!

Step 1....is MCE (MultiCore Enhancement) enabled in BIOS to run all 4 cores at 4.5 GHz max turbo under load? (That alone provides a nice gain with little fanfare, and still lets you run in Balanced mode at 800 MHz merely to read forums, etc.)
