No, the Intel series are typically recommended to stay below 85 degrees, ideally at 80 degrees or below.
Remember that your ambient temperatures are a big factor, for every degree you are over normal ambient temperatures, you'll be a degree hotter under load.
So when your room is 20 degrees, you will likely find the CPU temp will drop to 70 degrees or similar under heavier loads.

Core temperatures above 85°C are not recommended.
Core temperatures below 80°C are ideal.
