I currently have the following:

Asrock Z87M Extreme4 mobo with Intel i7 4790k 4Ghz Hasswell 22mm tech

It seems the mobo needs a 17 pin TPM module for Win 11, all suppliers seem to be out of stock!!

But I also worry the i7 CPU won't be compatible even with the TPM module.

I am stuck with this hardware as to improve the system I need both a new mobo AND a new CPU and that is beyond my budget. I am not a gamer but photographer with high end software.

I see MS withdrew their Compatibility-Checker and wonder if this means the TPM requirement was a mistake? Pretty Please? :)

I am an early adopter and dearly love to get Win 11.

Your motherboard is not listed on their support list;

so regardless of what processor yo have, he answer for the time being is no. Why? Since things can change prior to the OS being released.
